Dr. Thomas Nakatsui
This is a patient who was starting to thin in the vertex or crown region and wanted to address it before it got too bad. We decided to fill in the thinning areas of the crown before it got too bad. In this case, we decided to moderately thicken the crown aream ensuring that we followed the natural hair direction. He received 283 single grafts, 550 double grafts, and 152 big grafts, for a total count of 985 grafts and he is very happy with his progress at 11 months. Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted August 1, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted August 1, 2017 Perfectly natural! Had this patient tried to restore his crown with meds first?
