Dr. Friedman suggested that he fill in the hair line with single hair grafts. Place as many as we can harvest in the vertex and then the crown. Dr. Friedman placed 500 single hairs in the anterior hair line bilaterally & anterior temples. 2,735 grafts placed bilaterally in the anterior frontal region as well as the vertex and crown. Patient was extremely happy at the naturalness and the overall density.
