This patient came to see Dr. Arocha about his NW5 hair loss that was fairly unique in that he had some characteristics of a NW7 where his right parietal hump had disappeared. With limited funds he asked Dr. Arocha for the best possible approach to give him the most improvement possible. After considering the options Dr. Arocha and the patient agreed to move forward with a strip procedure where just over 2000 grafts were harvested.
