Dr bisangas clinic does with a drs note. I didnt pay vat on my procedure with him. I don't have one anymore I gave them the one I had..., my doctor wrote it, it was just a standard letter saying that he believes my life has been affected negatively by my hair loss and that he believes I would benefit positively from a hair procedure.
