Regarding the Sikh pattern traction alopecia Patients, my understanding is that they do not wear the turban post-op. Even if they do, they probably make sure that it is not tied too tight. Senior Member harryforreal Posted January 18, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted January 18, 2017 I am really leary of doubles in the hairline. Overall it looks nice in the photos. But in my own hairline the doubles always make it look "stalk-y". The right temple looks a bit strange, but maybe that's just the haircut and photograph. The other photos look rather nice.
