Issue: Sikh pattern traction alopecia

HT technique used: FUE

Scalp grafts planted: 1899

Areas targeted: Hairline and temple points.

 

The "after" pictures are from 6 months post-op.

Beautiful work! I think I've asked this before but do you have any idea about what Sikh patients do to avoid damaging their hair again after surgical restoration?

Regarding the Sikh pattern traction alopecia Patients, my understanding is that they do not wear the turban post-op. Even if they do, they probably make sure that it is not tied too tight.

I am really leary of doubles in the hairline. Overall it looks nice in the photos. But in my own hairline the doubles always make it look "stalk-y".

 

 

The right temple looks a bit strange, but maybe that's just the haircut and photograph. The other photos look rather nice.
