This is a 43 years old white male, who has receding hair line and balding at crown as in Norwood IV. He has good donor hair density and scalp laxity. He underwent FUT, a total of 3,853 grafts were transplanted: 1-hair graft=487, 2-hairs graft=2,112, 3-hairs graft=2,002, 4-5 hairs graft=250 average 8,842 hairs. The front =2,357 grafts, crown=1,494 grafts.

Below are his before and one year after with good result, he doesn’t want to take any medication for his hair loss.
