Dr. Jean Devroye
Who said a FUE procedure provides less good results than a FUT procedure? This patient received 4279 grafts for 9235 hairs in September 2015, a little more than a year ago. FUE1: 479 FUE2: 2673 FUE3: 1098 FUE4: 29 I used my WAW system, which is now widely used in the sphere of FUE. It consists of a very precise pedal that enables to control the movement of a punch that I also designed myself. Its name is the Hybrid Trumpet Punch – hybrid because this is a mix between a sharp and a blunt punch, and trumpet because it has the shape of a trumpet. The main advantage is to reduce substantially the number of damaged or transected hair, and thus to raise the quality of the procedure. This system is now used worldwide and several dozens of surgeons or centres are already using it. If you are interested, visit www.devroyeinstruments.com as well as our Youtube channel. The result met our expectations.
