which is safer anti DHT with least side effect and least shedding

Hey Guys

 

Alothough I am a NW5 with few hairs here and there but with Toppik I can accomplish a look that works.

 

I am considering using to use any med that will stop losing what is left on the following basis:

 

1- I don't want any shedding, since shedding will be terrible for me as I have only about some hairs to be able to have a certain hair style using toppik

2- my wife and I plan to have a child so that is even more important to me that it is a safe to that medicine.
