Regular Member NAVI Posted November 13, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted November 13, 2016 I am 28 with a thinning crown and a slightly receding hairline(Norwood 2). I wanted to have the hairline corrected but wanted to know if it would be possible to catch up further hairloss behind the hairline. For the crown , i don't want to touch it as of now. I am sure there is a way to catch up further hairloss if i get the hairline transplanted as i have seen doctors correcting hairlines.Any risks or suggestions? Thanks
Dr. Glenn Charles
I suggest at age 28 if you are considering having work done in the hair line you stay conservative. You possible still have many years remaining of further hair loss and want to save as much donor hair for later if necessary. (Hopefully not but must always consider worst case scenario) Dr. Glenn Charles is a member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians
