It apparently was a case of a sex racket run by a gang on the bigwigs. He ended up settling a 1 crore deal to get out of the case. Only later the gang's activities came to light. The gang was recently arrested and he is exonerated from the charges. Morally sounds a bit dodgy, but, I don't see it changing a surgeon's skill overnight. Anyone can be confident with a full head of hair.
