Dr. Thomas Nakatsui
This is a patient who came in recently for follow-up. He felt that he was receding quite a bit and wanted to fill in some of his hairline. He also wanted to avoid a linear scar so that he could shave later if he wanted. We did his transplant about two years ago and used 278 single grafts, 597 double grafts, and 395 big grafts, for a total count of 1270 grafts. We did this with manual FUE and used a blunt punch to make the extractions. The incisions were made using the lateral slit technique. We transplanted into his temples and area immediately behind his frontal forelock as this was thinning. He is very happy with the results. I have included some before and after shots, as well as a shot immediately after some extractions. Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted August 1, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted August 1, 2016 Nice, subtle improvement for this patient. Goes to show how a well-planned smaller procedure can have a positive impact David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
