He has medium-fine, straight, dark brown hair with a donor density of 2.0 hairs/mm2. The patient had one surgical hair restoration session of 2,178 follicular unit grafts. His “after” photos were taken one year after his procedure. Note the light coverage due to the patient’s low density, but still a very natural look after one procedure.
