I drive for a living and went back to work today, it was quite warm in the car and my head got a little sweaty, I was told by my clinic to only wash my hair once a day in the morning, so cant wash it now i'm home till tomorrow, should I be worried about this? I was bored at home so thought i'd head into work but then started getting paroniod that I was doing my grafts harm as it was warm today and started to sweat a little.
