meremortals
Hello all, I (28 y/o male) have been lurking in the forums for quite some time and have recently begun reaching out to surgeons. I understand and respect discreteness in regards to specific surgeon pricing, but I'm genuinely curious: I was recently quoted nearly $18,000 for a 2K frontal FUE procedure; I've read that I should expect to pay anywhere from 5-10 USD per graft for a surgeon in the US (where I'm located). Is this price completely outlandish if the surgeon consistently produces top-notch, proven results? Thanks very much.
Senior Member MrGio-WHTCClinic Posted May 4, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted May 4, 2016 Base pricing on results to similar cases to yours. The surgeon's ability to create the illusion of coverage is the product. My opinions are my own. I am one representative of MyWHTC Clinic's European branch. Senior Member Etownone Posted May 11, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted May 11, 2016 I've had two HT and I paid quite a bit... But thanks to these forums, I found a great surgeon that has many great reviews and the best prices for FUE in the USA. Look him up, Dr. VORIES. You'll be paying literally half what you were quoted.
