AC is 26 years old male with diffuse thinning hair from the front toward the crown. He underwent FUT at other country (2400 grafts) with poor growth and wide donor scar. He underwent FUT at my clinic 5 years later 2852 grafts harvested as follow: 1- hair graft = 595 grafts , 2-hairs graft = 1947 grafts, 3-hairs graft= 310 grafts (5419 hairs) with good result 9 months after surgery.
