Regular Member BradenLeeStevens Posted February 1, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted February 1, 2016 Ok so it's been 5 days since my HT that I'm thrilled with so far. Yesterday I woke up with a swollen face and eye and it was stinging, my first thought was that I was allergic to the medication the clinic gave me so I went to A&E and spent 3 hours there. When I was seen by the doctor he aid this is normal after a HT and have to let the anesthetic go out my system and that its traveling down my face. Is this normal. Can't believe I'm going to post a pic I feel like the elephant man
Senior Member Garageland Posted February 1, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted February 1, 2016 Yes it is very normal and I have personally seen much worse cases than this so not to worry. I wish you all the best. --- Former patient and representative for Hasson & Wong. Senior Member MrGio-WHTCClinic Posted February 3, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted February 3, 2016 This is normal, however, you can redirect it to the sides of your face by using your thumbs.
