I have to come to San Francisco area for some training so I thought I may use the opportunity to have a PRP treatment at your clinic. Just spoke to your receptionist who seemed very confused and unclear. I asked about PRP and she said she didn't know what it was and you don't perform the procedure. I asked if you indeed to ACELL to which she stated yes. Is your ACELL a form of PRP or no? P.S.
