Regular Member markymark Posted June 19, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted June 19, 2009 Hello I had 2000 grafts done to my crown area about two months ago. I've been noticing some pimples in this area that are large and a bit painful. Has anyone else experienced this? I've been instructed to use Fucidin H cream to help with flare ups. Senior Member Predator Posted June 19, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 19, 2009 Pimples are normal. They're probably new hairs trapped under the skin which will grow through in time- It is actually a good sign My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Rahal
Senior Member Abby Posted June 19, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 19, 2009 The pimples I have experienced this time round 2nd H/T were massive, painful and nasty. Bill - Seemiller
Marky Mark, Ah yes, it looks like the pimples I'm used to seeing a few weeks or so before new hair growth begins. Around 2 to 2.5 months is when I've seen them usually followed by hair growth to come in the not so far away future. These pimples should subside on their own after a few days however, if your doctor prescribed Fucidin H cream, it might help. Using a warm damp cloth to soften the skin can also help. Best wishes, Bill
