Kick-Ass
Hey guys! Was hoping for some advice. I tried to get Proscar 5mg frm my GP but he wasn’t comfortable prescribing me 5mg as he said it was meant for older men with prostate issues (even tho I told him i was going to split the pill) and wd only prescribe 1mg - which doesn’t help from a financial perspective as I've learnt on the forum that its more cost effective to quatre a 5mg pill. Just curious how some of you are able to get your GP to prescribe 5mg? Thanx in advance! If UK then I can help - I'm a GP based in Yorkshire and also provide Finasteride medications as I know the difficulties some patients can have to obtain a legal and genuine supply of Finasteride. The medications will be dispensed from a local NHS Pharmacy and delivered direct to your home, within 7 days. For the 5mg tablets:12 month supply if each tablet is split into 4 or 15 month supply if each tablet is split into 5. Bill - Seemiller
Kick-Ass, I don't know about getting your general practitioner to prescribe it, but I do know that many physicians recommended by this community do.
