Patient has excellent hair quality and wishes to be proactive with his appearance given his family history of hair loss. The photos shown are pre-op, immediate post-op and 14 months post-op. My objective was to enhance his frontal framework, build up his lateral humps, ("alleys"), and improve the crown. I am very happy that this bright young man has accomplished a dramatic improvement for his future.
