Senior Member Maxxy Posted December 2, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted December 2, 2009 This basically comes down to how long it takes for the graft to become fully secure. In the past I've read various opinions on this ranging from 2 to 14 days and a couple even beyond this. The only study I have ever came across regarding this found that it took 9 days for the grafts to become fully secure. Have you considered using a travel pillow? This may help avoid any rubbing of the grafts while you're sleeping.
