Senior Member Dr. Sheldon Kabaker Posted July 30, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted July 30, 2015 Last year I posted a one day result of a hairline lowering operation on a female patient. An astute observer commented that the hairline looked too low. In deed, he was correct as the suture line made the hairline look disproportionate to the patients facial features also some stretch back of the forehead and scalp was anticipated since this was an expansion case. Over time the result had the anticipated improvement. The first photograph shows the surgeon's view of the patient before and after the hairline lowering operation in October 2013. Following this, are the picture we posted of the one day post op results. Next, are two pictures taken by the patient at ten weeks. The last three side by side groupings are before, one day after and nine months afterwards. I welcome any further discussion.
