I'm not here to talk about the resutls of the people who have received hair transplants from the Bosley group, I am here to say that I have had a lot of experience with Dr. Eric Carlson when he was practicting head and neck surgery. He was one of the most talened surgeons I've ever had the experience of knowing. I've had personal experience with him as he put tubes in my 1 yr old child, now this was 16 yrs ago at Fizgerald Hospital. He was very professional and did an excellent job. His reputation was that he was very well known and respected. I must say that I was a little shocked that he went into the business of hair transplant because he is such a talented surgeon. As a surgeon myself I could tell the pride he took in his work and again I'm not sure why is he doing what he is doing now but if he ever reads this, I would love to know why you changed professions, you were respected and a very good surgeon. If you were not happy at Fitz then why not go to Jeff, or UofP, I'm sure they could have used a talented man as yourself. You were compassionate and professional. I'm sorry you left your practice in Head and neck. You were one of the best.

Before going to Dr. Feller, I actually had a consult with him at bosley philadelphia (before I found this forum). He did seem like a genuinely nice guy, but he suggested spreading 2700-3000 grafts over the whole top of my head....

August 12, 2008 - 3100 grafts Dr. Feller
