Question for fellow Irish posters re tax relief

Hi Guys,

 

I am booked in for a HT with Dr Feriduni in Belgium for September. When I was doing my research I saw the following statement on Dr Collins website:

"Medical and surgical professional fees may be claimed against income tax on a MED 1 Form"

 

Is it possible to claim for an overseas HT through MED 1?

 

Have any of you guys done this?

 

It would be an added bonus to get the 20% tax relief.

Interesting. I don't see anything here that says you can't claim for overseas.
