dutasteride and hair line

so I have been reading about dut and some possible regrowth, but the regrowth is just for a thinning crown right? not for an already receded hairline, like it wont regrow hair where the scalp is already bald?

For most men, there's no medical treatment that can regrow cosmetically acceptable hair in areas that are completely bald. There are exceptions to this, but they are just that: exceptions.

 

Having said that, I'll also say this: I've been on dut for 13 years and during that time I have lost very little additional hair around my hairline. Keeping what you have for multiple decades counts for a lot. You can always fill in what's missing with a transplant or two.

Thanks for the reply, I wish I had been on dut earlier, easier then doing a transplant or two, im hoping it regrows my crown which has only thinned then its only 1 transplant for me yay

Type finasteride results into google images, the before and afters are quite suprising although maybe more the exception rather than the rule.

yeah some of those results are great, I have bee on fin for four years now, it has stopped my thinning but hasnt grow it out, hopefully dut will
