Senior Member Dolph1969 Posted May 23, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted May 23, 2015 Can anyone explain why some grafts when planted, look quite bulbous and protruding, while others look very flush and level with the scalp? Been looking at several pictures of transplants and some are very hard to detect post transplant, while others have very bulbous and protruding grafts.:confused: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
