Dr. Thomas Nakatsui
This is patient who first came in about 6 years ago for a hair transplant to the frontal scalp. He had relatively fine hair and a certain amount of grafts he wanted to use. We decided to fill in the frontal scalp and to leave the vertex. We also sited his hairline a little higher up as it was evident that he was in for further ongoing hair loss and we wanted to be safe. In addition, we had a finite amount of grafts to work with and he had fine hair. We put in 797 single grafts, 1317 double grafts, and 646 big grafts, for a total count of 2760 grafts. His postoperative photos were from 9 months post-op. He disappeared for awhile but returned more recently wanting to fill in the vertex. We put in 359 single grafts, 622 double grafts, and 299 big grafts, for a total count of 1280 grafts. I have attached his recent photos here and will update them once he returns for follow-up.
