Senior Member Transhair Posted February 20, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2015 So, 9 months post hair transplant. While the redness has died down to almost nothing at all, the recipient area itself if still a bit sensitive, with some small area's almost feeling numb. Is this normal? I could imagine that it would be because of the thousands of little incisions, but I'm not sure. I never really though much of it until I felt around the skin of the area. The result itself wasn't exactly successful, so could it be some sort of tissue damage?
Regular Member Loki Posted February 20, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted February 20, 2015 For me the donor area has been the slowest to get back to normal and recipient bounces back pretty quick.. In terms of trauma the recipient is less intrusive (for a strip)... Have you talked to your doctor about it?
