runri
Hi, I blow dry (not strong!) my hair every morning and have been doing so for years to make my hair look a certain way. I want to start using MInoxidil. How long do I have to wait after applying Minoxidil in the morning (after my shower that is), can I blow dry my hair? Bill - Seemiller
runri, After towel drying your hair, you can apply the minoxidil. You should let the minoxidil dry before applying any other hair products. If you are going to use a hair dryer to assist, use a low cool setting. Best wishes, Bill
runri
Hi Bill: I notice the minoxidil takes time to dry (I tried the foam). It was kinda "oily" too. Do you recommend any specific type of minoxidil that won't be so "tough" to dry naturally? I usually rush in the am and don't want to wait too long to use the hair dryer. I'm also afraid that blowdrying after the application of minoxidil might deter the effect of the medication. After blowdrying, I then use toppik to cover up. Any thoughts about this and recommendations?
