moses36
Hello everyone, this is my first post, so try to take it easy on me. I started reading this forum years ago and found all the members feedback useful on my decision for a FUE transplant. I came to this site no less than 200 times looking at various surgeons, but in the end I decided on Dr. Demirsoy. I flew to turkey from Miami international on Sept. 16, 2014. Upon arrival in turkey, I was greeted by a driver, who drove me to my hotel on the Asian side of the city. The hotel was the Asian Princess Hotel and is very accommodating for everyone, especially hair transplant recipients. Throughout my stay, I saw at least four other men sporting head bandages, so it isn't strange for the hotel employees to see us running around after surgery. If I were to go back to turkey on a vacation this hotel would be at the top of my list. After a good nights sleep I was picked up in the morning by one of Dr. Demirsoys employees. Most of the clinics employees are multilingual and will accommodate whatever language you prefer. After arriving at the clinic, I met with the Dr, who inspected my hair and gave me an idea of what to expect from the transplant. After the consultation was complete, my head was immediately shaved and lines drawn to prepare for surgery. The surgery began around 9 am and lasted until about 7 pm that evening. There were two nurses preparing the grafts as the doc was working with the tool that removes each graft. This went on until about 1 pm and we took a break to have a quick lunch. After lunch, Dr. Demirsoy created the incisions for the grafts and assisted the nurses in applying the grafts into the incisions. This part of the procedure seemed to take the longest and lasted until about 7 that evening before it was complete. After the surgery my head was bandaged and I was driven back to the hotel to rest. The next day I woke up and slowly made my way to the clinic again. This time it was just for a follow-up and to get my head inspected & washed. The nurse did a through job washing my head and let me know what to expect of the next month. After the wash, the Dr. set me up with a weeks worth of antibiotics, shampoo, and medicine in case my head developed a case of acne. After about two hours in the clinic, I was driven back to the hotel and sent on my way. The clinic was extremely clean and the employees were very professional and polite. I would go back to Dr. Demirsoy in a second if I need another transplant. I know I left a lot of details out, so please don't be shy to ask me any questions I may have missed. Please feel free to give me any feedback on my results so far, and what i can expect in the coming Edited January 1, 2015 by moses36

Senior Member MikroFUE Posted January 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted January 2, 2015 BUSA' date=' I think you referred this thread;http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177776-maral-klinik-istanbul-4000-grafs.html As I mentioned before, pattern has almost totally disappeared when head washing to clean the crust has been finished. I think you confused the areas transplanted and the number of grafts to be transplanted. Here are example pictures showing how Maral Klinik HT team places the grafts to the top-crown area, the natural whirl pattern is always followed. Top-crown area hair transplant with 2100 grafts. [b']You are insulting Dr. Maral's name and our clinic in every thread with every possibility. I warn you last time as Bill- Managing Publisher has already done it many times.[/b] I am waiting your HT eagerly but I bet you will not open your own thread, you will be hidden in this forum all the time. BUSA
lol wats a matter u still can't take the criticism that the Techs perform? again, Maral does NOT perform hair transplants so stop making everyone believe that he does. take a look here..... http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177841-3400-grafts-crown-top-%40-dr-maral-klinik-20th-dec-2014-a.html the first pic below is what a HT is supposed to look like. the second pic is wat u see when the Techs perform hair transplants. ur the one confused not me.... stop fooling urself. u know dam well a HT is NOT supposed to look the way his techs are performing them. they transplant half the number of grafts needed cause they miss half the areas. its a row of hair and a row of skin. row of hair, row of skin.... etc. there isn't ANY other HT doctors on the planet that are considered TOP rated that perform HT's the way the Techs do. or maybe you think the Techs know more then anyone else does which is why they place rows of hair like corn. well, wen I do get a HT I can assure u it WONT be with one of Marals Techs. uve been asked numerous times to explain why the Techs implant grafts in this manner and wat the benefit is but you continue to dodge the question just like you dodged why Dr. Maral doesn't perform HT's himself like every other Dr. on the planet does. were still waiting for a response as to why a guy wud put his name on a HT practice yet have no hands on with the patients who are paying to have the DR. perform the HT.
