They went away on their own last week but now ive got some new ones bigger than last ones. I took a picture of one today, its quite big and i can feel it when i move my neck or turn my head, seems as if its full of puss or some white fluid - its quite concerning. I was getting some in my recipient area at a month in. I would think they are my native hairs ingrown. Maybe where the hair was caught under some healing skin. If it isn't all inflamed around it.....You let it run it's course. Some get on antibiotics to control real bad problems and the possibility of a larger infection.
