More FUE grafts transplant more hairs to the transplanted area, -even one more graft. More FUT grafts do not add more hairs to the transplanted area. You can obtain 3000 or 5000 grafts from 60 cm2 FUT strip, but the transplanted hair number is still the same. NOTE: (just to increase the number of grafts in FUT ( I do not know the reason for that:)) Trying to cut 4-hair FU graft into two 2-hair FU graft may also produce one singleFU graft, plus one 2-hairFU graft and one hair may go to the garbage:)) So, I agree, FUT with 5-6K grafts is a good choice for surgeons.

Stephen, UK2015 Just to clarify, is this really post op day 1 pictures, or taken a few days later? Movements of the grafts is dangerous during the first 2-3 days, so, why (and what) you put some cream over transplanted area at postoperative day 1? Grageland, Can you provide clinic's postop day 1 pictures? And please note how many grafts (approximately) were placed to the front part, and to the top crown area? (I see middle zone which already contain normal hair did not receive grafts (or very less in number.)

I think crown shot is after 2nd session and 2nd session addressed the middle area (no operative pictures) We see now the full result after 2 sessions with 6000 grafts. Check the pictures again carefully. Crown was addressed in 3rd Session -with operative crown shot pictures-. And the result after this session has been waiting to end. Anyway I might be wrong (and I wish) due to positional differences in the pictures. Am I right Dr. Kapildua?

We need to see all view pictures to appreciate the result and to see the hair loss pattern and, 1- What was the time period between sessions? 2- Do you use manual or motorized technique for graft extraction? 2- If this is the completed result after 2nd session (with total 6000 grafts) could you also provide the pictures showing the result after the first session (with 3100 or 2900 grafts???)

Garageland, 1- What were the dimensions of the FUT strip, lenght and width ?? 2- Please provide some immediate (postop day 1) pictures to indicate that 6500 grafts were possible and transplanted. Then I would like to add my comments...

Thanks Dr. Bhatti, you also said: "Plantation is the only step legally authorised to non-doctors." We know many doctors including recommended ones are now using technicians for graft extraction. Is that mean that they do illegal operations? If you do all extractions yourself, do you use manual or motorized FUE, and how many patients do you operate in a day? Is some part of the extraction process is being done by your technicians or always totally by yourself.

Please read my post again carefully, and notice I agree with you for that matter. Just I emphasize again, (we discussed about it before), we should wait at least 15-18 months to ask for a refund. And, I am not opposite of refund. But I say, doctor mistake or malpractise should be proven before. At least we should hear doc. opinion and explanation, I think doctors will do this after this time, not before. We should totally eliminate time factor before ask for refund. And here good doctor-patient relasionship seems to be established again, thats the good news and important.

And, I think t is better if the posters put the pictures in the threads other than put them in blogs and giving links. This is more time-saving for us to see,( and sometimes I immediately leave the thread without checking), and better because also nonmembers can see.

So, who extracted the grafts and who made the incisions? Techns. or Dr. Resat? What commission fee did you pay to longevita?

Hey, congratulations, I hope you will prove slow (late) growing is possible. And some posters will learn how ridicilous to advise refund to anybody who had some insufficient result just after 7-8 months. The most important thing is your satisfaction and happiness regardless any result shown in the pictures. Only this proves success of the operation. Wish very abundant growing and maturity in the following months. And please send your pictures with H&W style of combing, it always looks nice.

I recommend you to prefer some recommended clinics here which the doctor use his or her own name to entitle his/her clinic, such as Dr Koray Erdogan Clinic or Dr. Hakan Clinic, The others with some names like those, -European Hair Clinic, World Hair Clinic, Best Hair Clinic, Darling Hair Clinic, Health Tourism Hair Clinic,ie, may be technicians-operated and they could provide license from the licenced doctors by hiring, and you can not see any licenced doctor during your treatment. Search and learn about Dr. Guculu's professionalism, specialty, and experience and do not trust advertorial stuff, -even the videos or pictures. Some members said that only aesthetic plastic and dermatologic surgeons were licenced HT doctors in Turkey.

sorry but I have problems seeing your pictures, and non-member visitors can not see the pictures, would you also prefer to add the pictures to the thread?
