The Truth About Hair Transplant Technicians

Since as the doctors mentioned on that thread, hair transplant surgery is VERY technician dependent, I have a few questions:

 

When choosing a surgeon:

 

1. What should the patient ask the doctor, concerning his technicians?

 

2. How long have the technicians been employed with the clinic?

 

3. What are their (the technicians) qualifications?

 

4. How are the technicians chosen for the job?

 

5. How do you prove that the doctor, in response to your questions, is even telling the truth about the technicians?

 

We have the Coaltion of Hair Transplant surgeons, but does this include the Coalition of Hair Transplant Technicians?

I think your questions are practical. I suppose a doctor could lie, but do you think it's likely one will? By the logic of potential for deception, for all you know, everything in that clinic is a fraud: the degree, the results, the demeanor.
