He said it looks like male pattern baldness and said to start using Rogaine. I wasn't very satisfied with the meeting with this dermatologist and felt that hair loss wasn't a specialty for him. He did not do any blood work and basically looked at my hair really quick. Anyway, I did buy the Rogaine and have used it the past two days and was wondering if I have anything to worry about if I stop. I didn't notice any excess shedding and obviously its too early to see results. I made an appointment with a dermatologist that specializes in hair loss, so I wanted to hold off doing anything until I see him and see what solutions he has to offer and what he believes the underlying cause is.
