Scared of Propecia Use after HT

Recommended Posts

I am 1 month post op and I should have started propecia/finastride after my HT as advised by my doc but have not done yet primarily due to side effects which have been mentioned in forums and websites.

Loss of libido, mood swings (I already have those), and gynecomastia sounds scary. Now the question do I absolutely have to take these for optimal results, there seems to be mixed opinion on that. Why do we need propecia after HT, anyone not taken and achieved good results? please advise

Thanks

Personally I would take anything I can to help get the most out of my HT, seems a silly to go through such an experience and wait 9 - 12 months for the best result only to be slack with taking medication and had that thought in the back of your mind, maybe I should have taken those little floppy doppy pills. anyway take care best of luck with the recovery and waiting period, and try not to look in the mirror every day, trust me they will grow,
