Senior Member Dr. Sheldon Kabaker Posted June 10, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted June 10, 2014 This patient presented at age 34 with minimal hair in the forelock. In 2006 he had 2200 grafts and then at age 37, in 2009 had another 1238 grafts. Show are comparative views of him at age 34, 37, and 42 demonstrating the progressive nature of male pattern baldness and repeated hair transplant sessions. Initial design of the hair transplant must take into consideration further hair loss when dealing with mail pattern baldness, and future planning of more sessions always needs to be considered. He should have enough donor material for another 3500 grafts, if needed, in the future.
