FUT v FUE for coarse, wavy, lower density hair?

Hi Joe,

Both techniques are suitable for individuals with coarse, wavy hair. The decision to undergo FUE versus a strip procedure should likely be based upon different criteria. Some of these criteria include: a linear strip scar versus FUE scarring; how short you would potentially shave your hair in the future; how large of a session you are considering; and the quality of your donor hair in general.

Feel free to ask any additional questions.

Hey thanks, but what about the density? I would think that a low density may not be good for FUT because the strip would contain less graphs. FUE, on the other hand, could capture the graphs exactly where they are. Does density play a role when deciding FUE or FUT?
