We advised to start with finasteride to stabilize his hairloss and we planned a first procedure to cover the frontal and middle area. We inserted 2601 (0.75 and 0.8 mm punch). 2 years after (2009), we carried out the second procedure to increase the density of the grafted area: 1881 grafts (0.75 mm punch).
