Regular Member Arsenalgun1 Posted March 28, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted March 28, 2014 Hi all I would like to start by saying that after reading some of the reviews of dr Katonas work I was a little shocked after meeting with him and having the procedure done.he was not at all like the reviews quoted. He was friendly very professional and made me feel very comfortable about the whole op! I am now 3 weeks post op and I'm writing this to help people who have had work done by him or people thinking about using him to not to be worried.like I was. The consultation was free! And great. tarquin was very kind and honest with me and wouldn't take any money they told me to think about it for at least a week. The clinic was very clean and nice, the team were excellent the whole day was good and near pain free. I was able to go back to work in 5 days I had swelling for 4 days my stitches were out on day 10 and my gp doctor told me he was impressed with how neat and tidy they were the scar is healing very well and already is hardly visable. The grafts to have healed well and most hairs are still in I've had no shock loss yet and he has put 1500 grafts by fut. overall I'm very happy so far his put about 30 grafts per cm2 and hopefully it will turn out well he has reconstructed my front hairline. I looked up Dr. Katona and I found one listed for Chicago (MHR), Seattle (AHR) and then in the UK. Which one is it and which reviews did you read about his work? Either way I just felt it need to be said he's a really nice man and is passionate about his work and must of improved over the years like anyone would. I read a few reviews of pluggy looking grafts,bad scars, ect ect and that was after I had it done obviously I was shitting my self after reading that and there was no need for it.
