It is not Dr. Rosanelli practice to place grafts in the crown area on a younger patient, however this patient is in the age group 50 to 60. The grafts were placed in the mid scalp and crown area. Photos shown below are pre-op, immediate post op, and 1.5 years post op photos. Patient is using Finasteride and Minoxidil as well. The patient recently had a second session.
