Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted January 31, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted January 31, 2014 38 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 2,571 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 500 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the hairline, 200 grafts were placed into 0.8mm incisions (90 degree blade) to recreate temporal peaks, 1,000 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade ) incisions in the front, 371 grafts in the top, and 500 grafts in the crown.
