33 yo patient, with background of a strip surgery, 8 years ago. Without medical treatment, we advise to start with finasteride 1 year before the procedure. Diffuse alopecia, very thin hair makes more difficult our strategy. First procedure: 2601 FU’s (4945 hairs; 1.90 hairs/graft; 0.75 mm punch; 49 microns of hair, 704 FU1; 1413 FU2; 431 FU3; 23 FU4); second procedure after one year: 2552 FU’s (4670 hairs; 1.82 h/g; 0.8 mm punch; 771 FU1; 1206 FU2; 327 FU3; 5 FU4).
