Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted April 6, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted April 6, 2010 This fellow presented for repair work. He had 2000 grafts by a chain clinic a few years ago. In my opinion, that procedure was compromised by "sprinkling" 2000 grafts over too much bald head; and further worsened by his extremely fine donor hair. Additionally he had quite a noticable scar from his previous work, and in order to get the most hair that we could, (even after a few weeks of stretching exercises) we didn't excise his old scar. He may want to do that down the road. I think we will have made a significant change for this fellow, given the limitations of donor hair and its quality. He is coming back for a month scar check and if pertinent findings are noted, I'll post them. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H.
