Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted January 8, 2014 Regular Member Share Posted January 8, 2014 This nice fellow had a medium sized case to address his frontal third. Although he initially presented to deal with the crown I emphasized that he really had only limited hair coverage in the front and with his family history, I suspect that is going soon. So together we decided to do a first case up front and likely a crown case next year. Of note, we did not do the tuft up front which appeared fairly strong, but that may need addressing later on as I believe you can see the anterior most aspect of his tuft looks thinner now than the day of surgery. This guy is my age, and is of Middle Eastern heritage with really perfect donor hair. He lives nearby and came to the office numerous times prior to signing up. Shown are periop, day 1, day 7, and approximately day 40 pictures and the latest pictures at 6 months. With his nice thick wavy hair I suspect he’ll look great at 12 months.
