Regular Member pmill Posted February 9, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted February 9, 2009 my hair loss looks almost exactly like that and i took accutane many years back also and could swear it was because of the accutane.my crown and hairline are fine and even a few inches above my hair line are fine but the long strip in the mid scalp is thinning but is taking forever to get worse,,feels like its been the same for years.
