Senior Member HairHope Posted February 24, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted February 24, 2009 Well, after a restful 6 days - I go back to work tomorrow. So far FUE (1000 into the front triangle) has been a breeze compared to my previous strip (1938 into the front 1/2), especially with respect to the overall feeling of tightness on the head. Like most, my front doesn't look as good as pre-op due to all the work there, however all the scabs are gone. I think I'm going to start using Toppik in the morning, any thoughts and wish me luck Dec. 2004 - 1938 Grafts via Strip Feb. 2009 - 1002 Grafts via FUE

Senior Member latinlotus Posted February 24, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted February 24, 2009 I would not put Toppik in the recipient area until it is fully healed, around the 2 week mark. You need to keep the area as clean as possible. Can you share your pics? ******** I am not a doctor. The opinions and comments are of my own. Bill - Seemiller
Hairhope, I'm glad to hear you've healed quickly. Since FUE is much less invasive, I'd expect the donor area to heal much more rapidly. Keep us posted on your progress. Oh, and I'm moving this thread to the "Hair Transplant Experiences and Surgeon Reviews" section since it's more appropriate there :-) Bill
