My question is. 1. I am a stomach sleeper, I just had my Transplant 5 days back, when can I start sleeping on my stomach again without fearing that I might damage my grafts while keeping my head on the pillow or brushing my grafts to the pillow. 2. When can I start having a full fledged normal shower (without any fear that oh my god what if this happens or that happens or what if I dislodge any hair grafts, already fed up of this paranoia) and when can I start shampooing my head normally, like I used to do it before I went for the transplant. Mine said sleep with a neck pillow only the first 3 nights and I can take a normal shower again on day 5 but just lightly shampoo the grafts and stitches with my fingertips.
