Senior Member Dr. Sheldon Kabaker Posted August 13, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted August 13, 2013 This patient presented with concern for the tall appearing forehead due to a high central frontal hairline. In one operation, the hairline was brought down 2.5cm so the center portion met the temporal hairline at a lower level. The first picture shows a view from the top (surgeons viewpoint) immediately before and after the operation. The remaining paired pictures show the patient one day after surgery with the sutures in place. She was able to resume work on the 2nd day after surgery, with her hair combed forward in her usual hairstyle. This was the equivilent of moving 2700 to 3000 grafts. We expect a totally undetectable, invisable scar in 3-6 months and will post the result at that time.
