Regular Member rockrockrock Posted August 11, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted August 11, 2013 Hey People I recently had a transplant with a very well known surgeon ( will not say who yet ) I'm currently at 4 months.. and one temple side has seen significant more hairs sprout than the other side.... Anyone else experience this? Bit concerned about the one side being way behind in terms of new hairs sprouting through
Senior Member greatjob Posted August 11, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted August 11, 2013 It's very common, nothing to worry about. Also 4 months is way early to worry, you are just barely entering the time to expect new growth.
Senior Member Nick153452 Posted August 11, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted August 11, 2013 I agree, 4 months is too early to tell. If you get to 6 months and it's still the same, I would contact the clinic. Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted August 13, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted August 13, 2013 Probably no need to another opinion here but I'll add my "yes" to the discussion. Perfectly normal at this stage. Give it time and I'm sure it'll fill in. David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
