Any recommendations on when to return to light weights training after surgery? Im not talking cross fit training or maxing out on the bench press, im talking healthy, cautious movements at say 70 percent max. Ive heard ranges from 5 days to a few weeks??

What procedure are you having?

2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK.

Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.

Hello HairHair,

Given that you are having an FUE procedure. 2 weeks post surgery should be good; if all factors post surgery go well. Take the advice of your chosen HT surgeon. Is your surgery scheduled soon? Keep us posted. Michael
