Im not talking cross fit training or maxing out on the bench press, im talking healthy, cautious movements at say 70 percent max. Ive heard ranges from 5 days to a few weeks?? Hello HairHair, Given that you are having an FUE procedure. 2 weeks post surgery should be good; if all factors post surgery go well. Take the advice of your chosen HT surgeon.
